P.S. Here's our homemade ice cream recipe:

First you'll need two freezer bags. One gallon and one quart size works well.

In the quart size bag, combine:

1 C. cream

1 C. milk

6 Tbs. sugar

2 tsp. vanilla

and seal. In the gallon size bag fill half of the bag with ice and add 1/2 c. kosher salt and place the quart size bag inside and seal. Get your shake on for about 5 minutes until the cream has thickened.

It was really fun to make, and the ice cream is very yummy!
In the words of Maddy Mae "Just try it, you'll like it!" :)

Gotta love that Maddy's Cheesy smiles don't even look "cheesy." She's always posing, huh?! "Now, look at the camera, Lukey, while I smile too!" :)

Sounds like some great summertime living! I'm so glad you got to go out for a night of fun. Jared did that for us too, and we LOVED the special time together. So nice to have siblings you will ease our burdens a little. That chocolate cake looked YUMMY! I hope Maddy feels better as soon as possible...so sad to see her down and out. :(
